A Wizard’s Staff
Oh, a wizard’s staff has a knob on the end –
It’s retractable, ooo – and distractible;
It’s emphatical, with me on sabbatical,
Educational, a bit sensational,
very practical – even piratical.
A wizard’s staff has a mind of its own –
It’s insistent, ooo – and persistent;
shades to purple, I’m all a’burble.
When it’s frolicsome, quite a conundrum,
not polemical – but alchemical.
A wizard’s staff may be rather cocksure
it’s invincible, ooo – but convincible,
For a starry flight on a starry night –
Erratical but all ecstatical –
Pyrotechnics, my magical friend,
will still require a Wizard at the other end.
